   What are the services that you provide?.
We provide customized solutions as per the requirements of our clients by providing related information and linking them to holiday themes and packages with best available accommodation options.

    Yes, you can use the information for non-commercial purposes but only after you get our approval.
       How can I plan a tour package by using information available at your site?.
    You can purchase a package from us by selecting locations, attractions along with accommodation options and short listing them for quotations or by selecting one of the available tour package displayed on our site.
       What is the procedure to book/reserve a tour on
  • Make your online enquiry to which you will receive a prompt response from one of our sales consultants.
  • If information provided is sufficient and once the cost is agreed upon a proforma invoice will be forwarded for advance payment.
  • If further information is required we will be happy to provide you assistance until such time you requirements are met.
  • Advance/final payments can be made online; we will communicate method and link along with proforma invoice.
  • Details of bank accounts in the event a bank transfer is preferred will also be included in the proforma invoice.
  • Receipt of payment will be immediately confirmed via email.
  • Upon receipt of advance payment we will proceed to confirm accommodation/transport and other arrangements for your visit.
  • All arrangements will be confirmed to you by email prior to arrival.
  •    How do I confirm my holiday once the program and cost is agreed on?.
  • Confirmation will be based on tour itinerary and cost suggested by Flamingo International.
  • Confirmation of bookings will be upon a 50% advance payment of the proposed total tour cost.
  • In the event bookings are made less than Thirty (30) Days ahead of arrival at destination, full payment is expected along with booking confirmation.
  •    How do I pay and guarantee confirmation of all arrangements as per our requirements?.
  • Payment can be made using the secure online payment gateway using Credit Cards or by bank transfer.
  • Booking advances and all subsequent payments must be made to reach the company net of all bank and intermediary money transfer charges.
  • All payments must be completed at least four weeks prior to arrival, where these funds must reach the company within this period.
  • Payment must be made according to the instructions provided on the proforma invoice and must reach our account in full net of all origin and intermediary bank charges arising out side Finland.
  • You will be issued with an official receipt of payment against relevant invoice, which will serve as confirmation of the tour.
  • Total cost will include applicable Government taxes.
  • The amount specified does not carry allowances to cover possible cost increases due to currency fluctuations or fuel costs or changes in government taxes and it may be necessary to initiate a rate surcharge at any time if there are exceptional cost increases beyond our control.
  •    Why I do I have to pay in advance?.
  • Booking terns and cancellation Policy of individual selected hotels in your program will apply as indicated.
  • Advance payment will be used to reserve and confirm accommodation and transportation as per the itinerary.
  • The advance payment will be used to cover all liabilities and charges arising from any cancellation of a booking.
  •    What will happen if I cancel my booking after advance payment?.
  • Cancellation Policy will apply as indicated for the selected hotels.
  • All liabilities and charges arising from such cancellation would be vested in the client.
  •    What are your cancellation charges?.
  • 7 days or less - 100% cancellation charge.
  • Between 7 days and 14 days - 50% cancellation charges or the equivalent of the first two days charges depending on the programme and period of stay.
  • Above 15 days - No cancellation charges provided no commitment or advances are made to 3rd parties.
  •    What do we do when we arrive in Sri Lanka?.
  • You will be met on arrival at the airport by our representative who will hold a paging board with your name on it.
  • You will be provided with a tour package complete with final itinerary, brochures and other relevant information.
  • During your tour we could be contacted for further assistance.
  • On completion of your tour our representative will meet and transfer you to the airport for departure.
  •    Do I need travel insurance?.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include loss and damage to personal effects, medical insurance and evacuation and repatriation. We also recommend trip cancellation insurance. There is always a chance that you may be subjected to an unanticipated emergency that will prevent participation in the tour.
